Back in 2019, writer-director Rian Johnson released the first Knives Out, a fun murder mystery featuring Daniel Craig leading an ensemble cast as a clever sleuth looking to uncover the murderer’s identity. Netflix would go on to sign Johnson to a lucrative deal to produce two Knives Out sequels exclusive to the streamer, with Glass Onion serving as the first of those two movies.
