The plan is for the third Terrifier movie to take the series back to its roots. At this point, filmmaker Damien Leone is planning to make Terrifier 3 following the recent success of Terrifier 2. The second film, which brought back David Howard Thornton as the viciously violent Art the Clown, blew away box office expectations when it hit theaters in August. Terrifier 2 was also well received by horror fans, though many were left vomiting at the theater due to the film’s gross, graphic content.
