Director James Mangold has addressed the idea of an Indiana Jones spinoff movie led by new character Helena Shaw, introduced in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny and played by Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Speaking with Variety, for his part, Mangold is not interested in helming any sort of spinoff, with the filmmaker declaring his distaste for never-ending Easter eggs and other such fan service.
