The Marvels director Nia DaCosta explained why she still believes “The Snap” in Avengers: Infinity War actually is Captain America’s fault. Back in 2021, the filmmaker shared her controversial Marvel take, claiming that Captain America is to blame for the ending of Avengers: Infinity War, saying that the snap was his fault because he could have simply sacrificed Vision to prevent all the suffering that followed. Notably, DaCosta isn’t alone in her opinion and many Marvel fans have similarly wondered if things in the MCU could have been very different if a sacrifice had been made.
