Re-releases and re-masters have long been a part of cinema. However, the fan-driven campaign behind Zack Snyder’s Justice League has seen multiple directors calling for their own, unfiltered cuts of their movies – Snyder now has director’s cuts written into his current contract with Netflix for the Rebel Moon franchise. But Costner is adamantly against the idea, taking the traditionalist approach towards movie releases.
