Terrifier Star Sets Sail as Steamboat Willie in Horror Film Screamboat

The man behind the Terrifier franchise’s iconic villain Art the Clown, David Howard Thornton, has joined the cast of the Disney-inspired horror film, Screamboat. Based on the legendary precursor to Mickey Mouse, Steamboat Willie the character of which entered the public domain on January 1, 2024 Screamboat promises to be a horror/comedy like no other as it sails into theaters next year, with Thornton portraying the seminal mouse. The 44-year-old actor is, of course, best known for his portrayal of Art the Clown in Damien Leones Terrifier series, which is set to release its third entry this October.
