Transformers One Isnt Live-Action for One Simple Reason

Transformers One is the latest installment of the Transformers franchise. Unlike the previous recent blockbusters in the franchise, however, the film won’t be live-action it will be entirely animated. As it turns out, there’s a very good reason for that. According to ScreenRant, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, producer of Transformers One, explained why the film is animated, rather than live-action. “If we tried to do this [in] live-action, it would probably cost $500 million. We were forced into animation,” di Bonaventura explained. “There’s no human characters,” he said bluntly.
