James Gunn, the new co-executive of DC Studios, has become renowned for having a select group of actors whom he frequently collaborates with. One such star is Flula Borg, and the German actor hopes he gets to work with Gunn again in the new DC Universe. Borg first worked with James Gunn on The Suicide Squad, where he played the D-tier anti-hero Javelin. Armed with the power of being able to throw a javelin really well, the character didn’t survive Task Force X’s first mission. Borg then re-teamed with Gunn for a small part in the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, where the actor played a Bartender who is questioned by Drax (Dave Bautista) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff).
