The breakout 2023 horror film M3GAN is looking to expand into a horror-shared universe as both a sequel and spin-off film are in the works. M3GAN became a breakout film when it kicked off the first week of January in 2023, bringing in $181 million worldwide against a $12 million budget. A sequel, M3GAN 2.0, is set for release on June 27, 2025, and a spin-off film will open six months later with its major star now cast.
