One of the stars of Hillbilly Elegy, the 2020 Ron Howard film based on the life of JD Vance, is throwing some shade at the vice presidential candidate. Vance came under fire recently after an interview with Tucker Carlson resurfaced from 2021, where he lamented that the United States was being run by “a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.” Since then, a number of celebrities have come out against Vance, and you can now add Glenn Close to the mix.
