Battlestar Galactica star Katee Sackhoff, who voices Silk Spectre/Laurie Juspeczyk in the new animated adaptation of the beloved graphic novel, Watchmen, has declared the appreciation and love she feels for 2009 film by director Zack Snyder. In an interview with ComicBook.com, Sackhoff said that her adoration for Snyder’s adaptation is, at least in part, why she wanted to be a part of the new animated feature. She calls Snyder’s adaptation “phenomenal,” before adding that this latest interpretation feels authentic to the original comic book. And she thinks that fans will love it. She explained:
