Quentin Tarantino has shared a controversial stance on the use of real guns on the set of movies, using an explicit analogy and a grim statistic to make his point that there is no need to use fake guns and CGI in the future. The shooting of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, and the injuring of the movies director, Joel Souza, has led to several productions denouncing the use of any real firearm on set, but it looks like when Tarantino finally decides what his final movie will be, if it involves guns, they probably wont be made of rubber.
