Disney is getting into the holiday spirit early this year with the unveiling of the new trailer (below) for its upcoming short film, An Almost Christmas Story. The animated adventure is inspired by real-life events involving an owl named Rocky, who was discovered almost four years ago in The Big Apple at Christmas. David Lowery (Petes Dragon, Peter Pan & Wendy) serves as the projects director, and Academy Award-winner Alfonso Cuarn (Roma, Gravity) is onboard as the producer.
