Move over Zack Snyder, a new Watchmen adaptation is in town. That’s right, the new and improved animated adaptation of the famous V For Vendetta writer Alan Moore’s superhero satire comic Watchmen is coming to 
HBO Max on November 18. Watchmen: Chapter 1 was released just this year for rent on digital platforms on August 13, and producers Warner Bros. did not announce a streaming release date, leaving fans feeling like they’d have to fork over some extra cash to see the film and its successor. However, in the age of streaming, that was never going to be the case with Max already having a deal with DC Comics, which owns the rights to writer Alan Moore’s Watchmen, and also producers of the HBO original Watchmen sequel series.
