After an ultra-successful opening weekend for Wicked, filmmaker Jon M. Chu is opening up about the long-awaited Crazy Rich Asians sequel, another of the director’s immensely popular films. While Wicked: Part 2 is already on the calendar debuting November 21, 2025 a follow-up to the 2018 smash hit Crazy Rich Asians is, unfortunately, nowhere to be seen.
