Over the years, the Fast & Furious franchise has taken as many twists and turns as its souped up muscle cars do in the movies. Since its inception in 2001, the saga of Dominic Toretto and his family has gone everywhere from the streets of L.A. to outer space, and though the next film in the main series is supposedly the last, it was thought to be preceded by a Hobbs & Reyes spin-off that would help bridge the gap between Fast X and Fast 11. Now, according to regular franchise writer Chris Morgan, that doesnt appear to be the case any longer.
