The Masters of the Universecast grows more impressive with each announcement, and now two MCU actors have joined the ensemble. Based on the popular toy line and animated series of the same name, Masters of the Universe will be directed by Travis Knight (Bumblebee), and is set to be a major theatrical fantasy epic for Amazon MGM Studios, which has set a June 2026 release date. Work on a new Masters of the Universe film stretches as far back as 2007, and after nearly 20 years in development, it looks to be approaching reality as two new stars have joined the movie.
