Original Scream star Matthew Lillard was on hand at MegaCon in Orlando, Florida this past weekend to not only confirm his return to the beloved horror franchise, but to joke about how his seemingly deceased character will return in Scream 7. Lillard played Stu Macher in Wes Craven’s 1996 classic, one half of the Ghostface killer alongside Skeet Ulrich’s Billy Loomis. He was presumed dead after being stabbed numerous times and having a TV dropped on his head, but in the world of Scream, not everything is as it seems.
