Coralie Fargeat, the Academy Award-nominated director of 2024’s spectacular body horror film The Substance, has decided to share something special. In 1993 when she was 17-years-old, Fargeat dug up some dusty toys, gathered her friends, and went grocery shopping to prepare herself to make a movie. The result was a 14-minute mix of stop-motion animation and live-action footage that the director shot in homage to Star Wars.
