Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up about the decision not to use an intimacy coordinator while filming sex scenes with Timothée Chalamet in A24’s Marty Supreme, a ping-pong movie that is directed by Josh Safdie. The Oscar-winning actress told Vanity Fair that there is “a lot of sex” in the seemingly steamy sports movie, but having acted out intimate scenes many times during her long and successful career in the industry, she didn’t feel the need for extra assistance when it came to getting physical with her co-star. She admitted that she would feel “stifled” by the input.
