Fans of the MCU had plenty to celebrate when Marvel Studios officially announced who would be joining Robert Downey Jr. in the cast of Avengers: Doomsday. Most notably, Chris Hemsworth will return as Thor along with several actors who starred in either Avengers: Infinity War and/or Avengers: Endgame, including Paul Rudd, Sebastian Stan, and Tom Hiddleston. However, many people’s Spider-Senses undoubtedly tingled over the absence of several prominent Marvel Cinematic Universe contributors who were not included in the casting news. For instance, one YouTuber was quick to point out in the announcement video’s comments that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man didn’t make the cut. @0Sniix wrote:
