Netflix is about to have another romantic hit on its hands with The Life List, which premieres March 28, 2025, and seems to tick all the boxes that viewers love. It’s also a surprisingly authentic movie with some great characters, led by Sofia Carson as Alex Rose, a woman adrift in a pre-mid-life crisis of sorts. When her mother (played by Connie Britton) dies, she leads Alex on an existential scavenger hunt of sorts, pushing her to complete a list of goals the young woman set for herself when she was 13. Along the way, she develops feelings for the lawyer tasked with her mother’s will (Brad, played by Kyle Allen) and a doctor she meets at her new job (Garrett, played by Sebastian de Souza).
