James Cameron has previously had a strong stance against the use of AI in movies, but has seemingly started to crumble a little under the weight of the need to cut costs in the world of movie-making. While the director has made it clear that the use of AI should not impact the jobs of the millions of workers in the entertainment industry, he has been branded a hypocrite for seeming to suggest he is in favor of the implementation of the thing that his Terminator movies suggested could one day destroy the human race.
