While Avengers: Doomsday will see various names from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe (and multiverse) unite, it appears one group of characters that will not be present are the Eternals, according to one of the film’s stars. Given that Eternalsended on a massive cliffhanger, with a Celestial set to judge humanity’s fate, and post-credits scenes introducing Harry Styles as Eros and teasing Blade and Black Knight, there were plenty of set-ups for future stories, and many assumed the heroes would return quite soon. Despite Doomsday including several prominent MCU teams, including Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, and X-Men together in an epic team-up film, notably absent from the cast announcement were any members of Eternals.
