Several years ago, fans had mostly resigned themselves to believing that they would not see a very good addition to the Predator franchise again. With most of the latest attempts to expand the franchise rehashing old movies or delivering stories that just felt generic and boring, it would take something special to recapture the spirit of the original Arnold Schwarzenegger action blockbuster. However, director Dan Trachtenberg not only delivered the highest-rated movie in the franchise with 2022’s Prey, but looks to be doing it again with his follow-up, Predator: Killer of Killers.
